Meet Kateryna

Kateryna, originally from Ukraine, is a dedicated real estate agent serving the Santa Cruz and Santa Cruz mountains markets, including Felton, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, and Scott's Valley. She moved from Las Vegas to Santa Cruz years ago, drawn by the region's natural beauty and the community she felt during frequent visits.

With an associate degree in interpretation and fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Kateryna brings a wealth of communication skills to her real estate career. Her entrepreneurial background, including co-owning a wedding photography and DJ business in Las Vegas, has equipped her with valuable client management, marketing, and event planning skills, which she seamlessly integrates into her real estate practice.

Kateryna's personal experience with home ownership and renovation in Felton has deepened her passion for real estate. She takes pride in transforming properties into dream homes and is eager to share her expertise and knowledge with her clients. Outside of her professional life, Kateryna enjoys home improvements, traveling, wakeboarding, camping, and hiking with her husband Kem, their 8-month-old son Athan, and their two cats.
